Exhibitor Responsibilities

If you will need electricity or wired internet access at the venue, you must coordinate this with Earle Brown Heritage Center and cover any additional expenses.

If you will be shipping materials to the venue, please email manyfaces@mnachc.org for assistance.


Exhibitor Policies

Registration and Staff Representatives

Depending on the tier at which an exhibitor registers, they are allowed one or two complimentary registrations for their staff representatives during the conference. The conference staff will provide the appropriate number of name tags per exhibiting organization. If exhibitors switch out staff throughout the conference, they must also switch out their name tags to ensure that only the appropriate number of representatives are onsite at one time. Only those with the allotted name tags may eat meals and attend the breakout sessions.

Selling Items

The Many Faces of Community Health Conference does not encourage sales in the exhibit hall, conference attendees do not come to the event to purchase items. However, if an exhibitor plans to sell items or products at their booth during the conference they must contact the conference staff (manyfaces@mnachc.org) at least 14 days before the conference to get approval. The conference planning committee reserves the right to deny exhibitor requests to sell items during the conference.
